You may order your new document/s online. All you require is a valid e-mail address registered to you, or one which you share with a person whom you trust.
To make the best use of the online ordering service, please respect the following system requirements. We recommend you read the security information first.
The ordering procedure is composed of the following steps:
- Select your place of domicile and enter your e-mail address. Enter the code displayed on the screen. This code is required for security reasons.
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to enter your personal data.
- Enter the data relevant to your application. If possible, keep your current passport and ID card available for consultation. Once you have completed your application, you may place another application for a further family member (your address and family name will automatically appear in this application), the same e-mail address will be used for communication. After you have submitted your application, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the successful registration.
- Once your application has been verified, you will receive a further e-mail inviting you to make an appointment to provide your biometric data. This consists of a photograph, a signature and fingerprints (for the passport only).
The appointment can be made online or by phone.
